MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I’m Brianne.
I’m the founder of Wild Ember Wellness—and I’m not here because I’ve mastered perfect health, flawless routines, or the mythical art of having everything figured out.
I know wellness doesn’t happen in a vacuum. The way we eat, move, rest, and care for ourselves can be deeply connected to stress, grief, identity, mental health, changing hormones, past experiences, and the responsibilities we carry.
I’m comfortable having honest conversations and making room for complexity. My approach combines evidence-based guidance with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. I bring warmth and humor when they help—but I will never use positivity to dismiss what feels genuinely hard.

The person behind the wellness talk
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me strength training in my home gym, practicing yoga, listening to a health or true-crime podcast, or hanging out with my three Shih Tzus and my cat.
I’m warm, straightforward, deeply compassionate, and very comfortable using humor when life gets ridiculous—which it frequently does. I take people and their experiences seriously, but I don’t believe every conversation about wellness needs to feel heavy or clinical.
I’m endlessly curious about why people do what they do, what gets in the way of change, and what helps someone feel safe enough to try again. I want the people I coach to feel understood as human beings—not evaluated as a collection of habits, measurements, or mistakes.
A few things you should know about me
I believe trust grows when you know the person sitting across from you—so here’s the slightly less formal version.
My home crew
Three Shih Tzus, one cat, and no shortage of opinions about how I should spend my time.
How I recharge
Strength training keeps me grounded. Yoga reminds me to slow down—which is not always my natural setting.
My favorite rabbit holes
I can happily disappear into podcasts about health, psychology, behavior change, or true crime.
What you can expect
Warmth, honesty, curiosity, and well-timed sarcasm. Meaningful work can be serious without feeling joyless.
Why Wild Ember exists
Wild Ember grew from both education and lived experience. My background in psychology and organizational leadership taught me to look beyond surface-level behavior and become curious about the experiences, environments, and emotions shaping it.
I also know what it feels like to be capable, informed, and genuinely motivated—and still struggle to care for yourself consistently. Knowing what to do doesn’t automatically make it easy to do, especially when you’re carrying stress, grief, changing hormones, competing responsibilities, or years of feeling disconnected from yourself.
That is why Wild Ember isn’t built around willpower, shame, or rigid rules. I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own skin, at home in their body, and free to create a life they genuinely love—not one defined by someone else’s expectations. This is a place to understand what’s getting in your way, reconnect with what matters to you, and create changes that support both your well-being and the life you want to live.
“You are not a problem to fix. You are a whole person—and your wellness deserves an approach that recognizes that.”
WHEN YOU’RE READY
You deserve support that sees the whole you.
If you’re ready to feel more at home in your body, build habits that fit your real life, and move toward a life that feels genuinely yours, I’d be honored to support you.
